Being one of our core business values the Health and Safety is always at the top of our priorities from the projects planning stage to the teams on site and throughout completion in every project that we work.
We are committed to implementing of our Health and Safety Policy at all levels from directors through to site operatives in a practical and prudent Health and Safety strategy.
Our entire workforce is CSCS certified and all the teams are being led by a SSSTS and SMSTS Site Managers. All site operatives are being briefed on the method statements and risk assessments at the time of their induction in each site whilst the toolbox talks are part of everyone’s weekly agenda.
Our Health and Safety Policy is being regularly updated and improved to ensure that our objectives are being achieved.
All staff attends regularly health and safety meetings and everyone has on-going training on/ off site.
